One. Make the intention, and say the Bismillah.

Two. Wash both hands up to the wrists, three times.

Three. Rinse your mouth, three times.
- 0:30Nose
Four. Put water in your nose and clean it, three times.

Five. Wash your whole face: forehead to chin, and ear to ear, three times.

Six. Wash your right arm up to the elbow, then the left one, three times each.

Seven. Wipe over your head with wet hands.

Eight. Wipe your ears, inside and behind.
