Who We Are

Quran Plus School is an online Qur'an academy operating under the registered name Islamic Tuition Centre, based in Islamabad, Pakistan. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +92 317 0924964.

Information We Collect

When you contact us or enroll a student, we may collect the parent/guardian's name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, the student's name and age, and the course or plan of interest.

• Free trial / contact form: name, WhatsApp number, country, child's age, course, preferred time and time zone, your optional message and, if you came through a family referral, the referral code.
• Feedback and Monthly Challenge forms: the answers, ratings and scores you choose to send, and the contact details you enter.
• WhatsApp: when you message us, the conversation takes place in WhatsApp and is also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Digital Qaida online profiles: when a teacher creates an online profile, the student name the teacher types and the student's Qaida progress (pages, stars, notes) are stored so the teacher's and the student's devices show the same progress. A profile is opened only with its private link; the teacher area needs the teacher PIN.
• Digital Qaida “Read with teacher” (live class): only after the student taps “Read with teacher” and the teacher allows it, the student’s Qaida sends the teacher, every few seconds, the page number, the last box tapped and whether the Qaida is open in full screen, in a window or not on the screen. No camera, microphone or screen image is used. This information is held only in temporary memory for at most 2 hours and is not saved in our records; the student or the teacher can end it at any time.

How We Use Information

Information is used to schedule classes, match students with tutors, communicate about classes and billing, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Information Kept Only on Your Device

Some features save their data only in your own browser (local storage) and never send it to us: your language choice, your cookie choice, Digital Qaida progress for students without an online profile, the Kids' Activity Corner, Daily Quran Challenge streaks and similar settings. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Voice Search and Noor, Our AI Helper

Noor answers from a question bank published on this website; your typed question is not sent to an outside AI service. The microphone is used only after you tap the microphone button and allow it in your browser. Speech is turned into text by your browser's own speech service (in some browsers, such as Google Chrome, this is processed by the browser maker).

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts — for example, how many visitors book a free trial or tap WhatsApp. These services may set cookies and receive information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and an approximate location.

You choose with the cookie banner. Visitors in the UK and Europe are asked first: until you select Accept, Google Analytics runs with cookies switched off and the Meta Pixel sends nothing. Elsewhere, measurement runs unless you decline. If you select Decline, your choice is saved in your browser and applied on every page before anything is measured: Google Analytics is told not to use analytics or advertising cookies, and the Meta Pixel does not send data from your browser. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Children

Our students include children. Enquiries and enrolment are made by a parent or guardian, and we ask parents — not children — for contact details. Digital Qaida profiles need only the name the teacher chooses for the student. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without a parent, contact us and we will delete it.

Class Recordings

Where a class recording is arranged with a tutor, it is used only for the student's own review and internal quality supervision, and is not shared publicly.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the services that run the academy and this website, and only for that purpose:

• Google (Google Workspace and Google Sheets, where form entries and online Qaida profiles are stored; Google Analytics);
• Meta (WhatsApp, and the Meta Pixel for advert measurement);
• Cloudflare (website hosting and security);
• your child's teacher, who needs the details to teach the class.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. We do not sell personal information.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep enquiry, enrolment and progress information for as long as it is needed to provide classes and keep our records, and delete it sooner if you ask us to.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live — for example the UK, the European Union, Canada, Australia, the UAE or a US state such as California — you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw your consent. Email or WhatsApp us and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Communication

We may contact you via email or WhatsApp regarding classes, scheduling, or billing. You can ask to stop promotional messages at any time while continuing to receive essential class communication.

Data Security

Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection; forms carry spam protection; Digital Qaida profiles open only with a private link and the teacher area is protected by a PIN with a lock after repeated wrong attempts. We take reasonable steps to protect student and parent information from unauthorized access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we use information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
