Online Qur'an classes for families in Europe
From Oslo to Madrid and from Paris to Milan, your child learns one-to-one with a certified Qur’an tutor at home — after school or at the weekend, always on your local time.
Times that fit family life in Europe
These are the slots families choose most often — all in your local time. Tell us what suits you and we will match a teacher to it.
Time difference
| Central Europe (CET, winter) | Pakistan is 4 hours ahead |
| Central Europe (CEST, summer) | Pakistan is 3 hours ahead |
| Ireland & Portugal (winter) | Pakistan is 5 hours ahead |
| Ireland & Portugal (summer) | Pakistan is 4 hours ahead |
Pakistan does not change its clocks, so the difference moves by one hour when daylight saving starts or ends. Don’t worry — we adjust your class time for you.
Planning your Qur’an year in Europe
School holidays and clock changes differ a little from country to country, but the pattern is the same: steady classes in term time and extra revision in the holidays.
Term time
Three to five short classes a week, after school or after dinner, keep reading fresh without adding pressure on homework nights.
School holidays
A week off school is a good time to revise the pages marked ✘ in the Digital Qaida, or to add one or two extra classes.
Summer holidays
Long summer holidays are ideal for extra classes — a good time to finish a section of the Qaida or to start Nazra. If you travel, classes continue online with the same teacher.
When the clocks change
Clocks across the EU, Norway and Switzerland go forward on the last Sunday of March and back on the last Sunday of October. Pakistan keeps the same time, so we confirm your new class time with you before each change.

Common questions from Europe
What is the time difference between Europe and Pakistan?
Central Europe — Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden: Pakistan is 4 hours ahead in winter and 3 hours in summer. Ireland and Portugal: 5 hours in winter and 4 in summer. We always schedule your class in your local time.
Can my daughter learn with a female teacher?
Yes. We have male and female teachers, and you can choose the teacher your family is most comfortable with.
What age can my child start?
Children can start Noorani Qaida from about age 3–4 on our monthly plans. From age 6, families can also choose a fixed-price complete course package.
How are fees paid?
Fees can be shown in US dollars, UAE dirhams, Saudi riyals or British pounds — special offer from $10 a month. After your free trial, our team shares the payment options with you on WhatsApp.
Which European countries do you teach in?
All of them — Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland and beyond. All you need is a device and an internet connection.
Is the website available in French?
Yes. Every free tool — the Digital Qaida, the prayer and wudu guides, the duas and the Daily Challenge — is available in French.
Can online classes work alongside our local madrasa?
Yes. A weekend or evening madrasa plus short one-to-one classes at home is a strong mix: the madrasa gives community, and the one-to-one class corrects every letter.
Can brothers and sisters learn on the same evening?
Yes. Siblings can have back-to-back classes on the same evening, each with their own one-to-one time.
Do you have English-speaking teachers?
Yes. Both our male and female teachers speak English well, so lessons can be explained fully in English — ideal for children who do not understand Urdu. Tell us on WhatsApp that you would like an English-speaking teacher, and check the explanations yourself in the free trial class.
Which app are classes on — Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype or Google Meet?
Classes are live one-to-one video calls with the teacher. We mainly teach on Zoom, and classes can also be held on a WhatsApp video call, Skype or Google Meet — whichever is easiest for your family. We set up the call with you on WhatsApp before the free trial class.
We also teach families in: UK · USA · Canada · Australia · UAE · Saudi Arabia · Qatar · Kuwait
