- 0:06Face the qibla
One. Face the qibla. Stand on a clean place, and make the intention in your heart.
- 0:13Takbir
Two. Raise your hands to your shoulders, and say the takbir.
- 0:19Hands on the chest
Three. Hands on the chest, the right hand over the left. Read the Thana, Al-Fatiha and a short surah.
- 0:27Ruku — bow
Four. Ruku: bow with your hands on your knees, and say the tasbih three times.
- 0:38Stand up straight
Five. Stand up straight, and say the words on the screen.
- 0:44Sajdah
Six. Sajdah: forehead, nose, hands, knees and toes on the ground. Say the tasbih three times.
- 0:57Sit, then the second sajdah
Seven. Sit calmly for a moment, then make the second sajdah.
- 1:04Second rak‘ah
Eight. Stand up for the second rak'ah, and pray it the same way.

Nine. Sit and read the Tashahhud, and lift your finger where it is shown. Then read the Durood and a dua.

Ten. Salam: turn your face to the right, then to the left.
